The Problem
When a vehicle is hit and the driver is incapacitated, survival depends entirely on the ability of remaining personnel to regain control and egress. Existing solutions require specialized hand controls or a capable driver. The Halo removes that dependency entirely.
Scenario: Lead vehicle hit, driver incapacitated. Enemy fire ongoing. Secondary personnel must control the vehicle — but they can't reach the pedals.
The Solution
The Halo integrates full throttle and braking control directly into the steering wheel rim — no foot pedals required. Any occupant who can reach the wheel, even with one hand, has complete vehicle mobility.
The Halo was conceived while looking at other driving hand controls and realizing we could incorporate full vehicle mobility control into the rim of the steering wheel itself, giving passengers the ability to maneuver even if their driver is incapacitated.
